JOSNBO has showed off its latest mini-ITX PC case, the JONSBO VR3, an airflow focused mesh vertical case for the mases with a slide out design for easy building and maintenance.
Design
The JONSBO VR3 is a minimalistic 19.8 L mesh mini-ITX case available in white and black options. The VR3 has a unibody mesh side and front panel that slides away from the case for easy building. The case looks somewhat similar to the Meshlicious from Ssupd but the VR3 looks better in our opinion.
The top of the case has no ventilation with a solid removable panel with a cutout for the front IO, which consists of a power button, single Type-C port, and a USB3.0 Type-A port.
The rear of the case slides out of the outer shell aided with a built-in handle. The rear is covered in ventilation holes to help with cooling a vertically mounted GPU and any excess heat produced.
Component support
JONSBO VR3 supports Mini-ITX motherboards with the ability to use an SFX or ATX power supply if it is 140mm or less in length. The case can fit CPU coolers of 70 mm or less with GPUs 295mm to 325mm in length.
If you are looking to have more than 2 SATA drives, you will have to let go some of that GPU space with a maximum height of 185mm. This allows you to have up to 4x 2.5″ drives of 2x 2.5″ drives and 2x 3.5″ drives.
The VR3 supports up to 2x 120mm or 140mm fans on the front of the case. A 240mm or 280mm radiator can also be installed on the front of the case. This cooling layout means the case sucks in fresh air from the front and vents it out of the sides and rear.
